Western Life Assurance Company and Green Shield Canada's Group Billing Statement  has a new look!  The new statement is clearer, easier and simpler for you! 

What is changing?

• Section 1 - Billing Statement - summarizes what you owe, clearly showing your balance forward, payments received, new charges, and total premium due.  It also includes a summarized accounting and tear off remittance statement.

• Section 2 - Billing Details - outlines the charges by benefit, easily explaining the breakdown of your premium dollars.  It also includes details of any cash received during the billing period.

• Section 3 - Member Premium Report - is your Payment Report listing all current members enrolled and itemizes your changes for the month.  It consolidates them in one spot alowing you to simply peruse your updates.
